Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai Appoints Raish Shaikh as Food & Beverage Manager

Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai has appointed Raish Shaikh as Food & Beverage Manager, effective May 12, 2026.
In his new role, Shaikh will oversee food and beverage operations, guest engagement, and team leadership, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and driving operational performance at the property.

Shaikh brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage operations and guest experience. Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy Food & Beverage Manager at Aurika Mumbai Skycity.
His professional journey includes roles with hospitality brands such as The Leela Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where he gained experience in managing operations, guest satisfaction, and team development.

Shaikh is recognised for his people-focused leadership approach, with an emphasis on team development, operational efficiency, and consistent service standards.
