Sea Valley Hotels & Resorts Appoints Uma Mohesh and Shriram Singh Parihar to Corporate Leadership Roles

Sea Valley Hotels & Resorts has appointed Uma Mohesh as Corporate Vice President – Operations and Shriram Singh Parihar as Corporate Vice President – HR & Operations, strengthening its senior leadership team.

In his new role, Uma Mohesh will oversee operational strategies across the group’s portfolio, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting property-level leadership, and ensuring consistency in service delivery. He brings extensive experience in hospitality operations and leadership, with a background in driving performance and improving guest experiences across multiple properties.

Shriram Singh Parihar, as Corporate Vice President – HR & Operations, will lead both human resources and operational functions across the organisation. His responsibilities include aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening employee engagement, supporting leadership development, and maintaining service standards across the portfolio.
