Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa Appoints Kalpataru Roy as Assistant Front Office Manager

Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa has appointed Kalpataru Roy as Assistant Front Office Manager.
In his new role, Roy will support front office operations, guest service initiatives, team management, and service delivery standards at the property.

Roy brings experience in front office operations and guest services across multiple hospitality brands. Prior to this appointment, he served as Front Desk Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark. He had earlier held the role of Assistant Front Desk Manager at the same property, where he was involved in managing guest services and front office operations.

Before that, he worked as Front Office Executive at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa. He began his career as a Guest Service Associate at Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center.
With a background in guest relations and operational processes, Roy has developed experience in front office management and service delivery.
His appointment reflects the hotel’s focus on strengthening its front office leadership and maintaining service standards across operations.
