Kwality Restaurant Appoints Jitender Sharma as General Manager

Kwality Restaurant has appointed Jitender Kumar Sharma as General Manager, effective 1 June 2026.

In his new role, Sharma will oversee overall restaurant operations, including guest experience, business performance, team leadership, and growth initiatives at the Aerocity-based dining destination.

Sharma brings extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant operations. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager and Operations Head at PLATS India, where he was involved in operations management, pre-opening activities, catering programmes, training initiatives, and business development.

Earlier, he spent over seven years with Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd, holding positions such as Regional Manager, Operations Manager at Tres, and Food & Beverage Manager. During this period, he contributed to operational management, financial performance, team development, and food and beverage strategy.

His career also includes experience with Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, where he worked as Outlet Manager and Assistant Manager – Outlet, gaining exposure to luxury hospitality operations and guest service management.

With a background across restaurants, catering, and hotel operations, Sharma brings a broad operational perspective to his new role.

His appointment reflects Kwality Restaurant’s focus on strengthening leadership and supporting operational performance and guest experience.
