ALHI Appoints Karen Codilla as Vice President, Optimization & Commercial Strategy
Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has appointed Karen Codilla as Vice President of Optimization & Commercial Strategy within its Luxury Leisure & Business Travel division.
Codilla brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality, with a background spanning resorts, condo-hotels, and global distribution. Her expertise includes aligning sales with revenue strategy, portfolio management, and optimizing commercial performance across assets.
She has worked across both ownership and intermediary sides of the business, enabling her to support integrated commercial strategies and value-driven decision-making.
Codilla holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and is dual certified in Revenue Management (CRME) and Digital Marketing (CHDM).
