APPOINTMENT
Pullman Chennai Anna Salai has announced the appointment of Divya Reddy as its new Director of People & Culture.
In her new role at Pullman Chennai, Divya will lead the people and culture agenda for the hotel, driving talent strategy, workforce engagement, and organisational capability.
Prior to this appointment, Divya served as Talent and Culture Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre. Before that, she held the role of T&C Manager at Mercure Hyderabad KCP, further deepening her expertise in hospitality HR operations and talent management
Earlier in her career, she spent over four years at Marigold By Greenpark, progressing from HR Executive to Assistant Manager HR and later Deputy Manager Human Resources, building strong capabilities in recruitment, HR operations, employee retention, and audit compliance.
She began her hospitality journey at Leonia Holistic Destinatios.
