APPOINTMENT
Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar has announced the appointment of Rakesh Kumar Singh as its new Learning and Development Manager.
Rakesh Kumar Singh brings over 14 years of hospitality experience, having worked with leading brands such as Accor, Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts. He has expertise in training delivery, performance evaluation, employee development and structured team capability enhancement.
Most recently, he served as Learning and Development Manager at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, where he led end-to-end learning initiatives across departments. His role involved driving employee engagement and skill development across operational teams. With experience spanning restaurants, banquets and pre-opening projects, he brings practical operational insight to his training approach.
Sharing his views on the appointment, Rakesh said, “I am thrilled to join the Novotel Lucknow team and look forward to empowering our HEARTIST through impactful learning and development initiatives.“
