APPOINTMENT
Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah has announced the appointment of Roxanne Castillo as its new hotel manager.
This appointment marks a portfolio move within Hilton brand as Roxanne transitions from Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to her new role on Palm Jumeirah.
Roxanne brings with her extensive operational experience across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In her new role, she will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, supporting continued growth.
Most recently, Roxanne served as director of operations at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah where she led a pivotal refurbishment project. Before relocating to Dubai, Roxanne also held senior operational leadership roles at Hilton Doha, where she played a key role in positioning the hotel as a market leader in Qatar and the wider region.
Roxanne’s journey with Hilton began in culinary leadership, progressing through executive chef and senior operations roles across Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and the UAE.
