APPOINTMENT
Accor has announced the appointment of Rajiv Kapoor as the new Cluster General Manager of Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, A Morgans Original Hotel.
Roswyn is currently in its pre-opening phase and marks the India debut of Morgans Originals, a collection by Ennismore. Rajiv has been associated with Fairmont Mumbai since its pre-opening stage and led the hotel’s launch in April 2025 shaping its operational framework from concept to opening.
With over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Rajiv brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, strategic planning, guest service excellence, and high-performance team leadership.
Prior to Mumbai, he was appointed at Fairmont Jaipur for five years where he focused on strengthening financial performance.
In his new role as Cluster General Manager, Rajiv will lead operations, strategy and team development across both hotels.
