APPOINTMENT
Grand Mercure Bangalore has announced the appointment of Babi Murmu as its new Housekeeping Manager.

Babi brings with her extensive experience across renowned hotel environments, having previously held housekeeping roles at JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai, Taj Bengal, Kolkata and Leela Ambience, Gurugram.
In these roles, she was responsible for managing large housekeeping teams, maintaining brand and audit compliance, and ensuring operational readiness across guest rooms and public areas.
Babi holds extensive expertise in overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations, training teams,implementing hygiene protocols and supporting hotel openings & special operational projects. She has worked closely with cross-functional teams to maintain service standards, and improve workflow efficiencies.
