APPOINTMENT
Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have announced the appointment of Natarajan Balasubramanian as the new Commercial Director.
Natarajan brings over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in sales strategy, revenue management, market positioning, and team leadership.
Prior to joining Hilton, Natarajan held senior leadership positions with renowned hospitality brands, including The Leela Group, Grand Hyatt Kochi, The Westin, and Le Méridien. He has also played a key role in expanding residential weddings, and strengthening government and private sector business portfolios.
Natarajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Catering Science from Madurai Kamaraj University.
In his new role as Commercial Director, he will oversee sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. His focus will be on driving sustained growth across corporate, MICE, leisure, and social segments.
Natarajan will work closely with the leadership teams of both Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park to further enhance market share, drive revenue performance, and strengthen the hotels’ positioning in the state.
