APPOINTMENT
Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has announced the appointment of Vikash Kumar as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Vikash brings over a decade of experience in food and beverage service, banquet operations, and event management. He began his hospitality career in 2014 with Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Center and Courtyard by Marriott.
Vikash joined the Hyatt brand in September 2022 as Events Planning Manager at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, where he played a key role in strengthening banquet operations and executing large-format events.
Vikash holds expertise in Food & Beverage operations and team leadership.
He later moved to Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center as Banquet Manager and was promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in March 2025.
In his new role, Vikash will oversee food and beverage operations, banquet performance, and service delivery. His job role will include supporting operational consistency, quality standards, and guest experience initiatives across restaurants, banquets, and large-scale events.
