Siyam World Maldives has announced two senior leadership promotions, further strengthening its internal team.
Alee Siyam has been promoted from Executive Assistant Manager to Director of Operations.
He has been associated with Sun Siyam Resorts since 2016, having joined through the Management Trainee programme. Over the years, he has held multiple operational roles and was part of the pre-opening team at Siyam World Maldives. In his new position, Alee will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s overall operations, including service delivery and operational coordination across departments.
Giselle Encinareal has been promoted from Director of Talent and Culture to Executive Assistant Manager
She brings over two decades of experience across luxury hospitality properties in the Maldives. Since rejoining Sun Siyam Resorts in 2022, she has led the Talent and Culture function at Siyam World Maldives. As Executive Assistant Manager, she will oversee Back-of-House functions, including Talent and Culture, Learning and Development, and Quality Assurance.
