APPOINTMENT
IndoBevs has announced the appointment of Nupur Girdhar as its new Head of Human Resources.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, organisational development initiatives, and culture-building efforts as IndoBevs continues to expand its operations across India and international markets. She brings over 18 years of experience across different sectors including Banking, NBFC, Telecom, and Manufacturing.
She holds extensive expertise in leadership hiring, talent management, team development and coaching, succession planning, organisation design, change management, and culture building.
Nupur has previously held leadership roles at Citibank, Bharti Infratel, Apollo Tyres, SAR Group, and BC Jindal Group.
