Manjesh Prasad appointed as Assistant General Manager at Ellaa Hotel

APPOINTMENT

Ellaa Hotel has appointed Manjesh Prasad as its Assistant General Manager.

He brings more than 20 years of experience across hotels, resorts, and cruise liners.

Prasad graduated from IHM Kolkata in 2005 and worked as a professional chef from 2005 to 2021. During his culinary career, he was associated with Cidade de Goa, Carnival Cruise Line, Taj Vivanta, Marriott, IHG Crowne Plaza, and Four Points by Sheraton.

He moved into hotel management after 2021 and served as General Manager at M Square Hotels and Resorts from 2022 to October 2024. He also spent about one year with Sayaji Hotels before taking on his current role at Ellaa Hotel.
