Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced three new key appointments, further strengthening its internal leadership team.
Rahul Rana- Appointed as Director – Culinary

Rahul brings 22 years of experience in hospitality across international locations. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Studies from Switzerland and has worked with renowned hotel chains such as Accor, Marriott, Hyatt, InterContinental and Sarova Hotels.
Rahul’s previous assignments were in the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, the Maldives, Indonesia, Kenya and India. He has also launched standalone speciality restaurants, including Thai Chi, Peruvian concepts and local Kenyan cuisine. His work includes modern culinary techniques and international buffet presentations.
Sanjit Kumar Thakur- Appointed as Corporate Learning & Development Manager

Sanjit will oversee Cygnett’s learning and development function and has close to 15 years of industry experience. He is a graduate of IHM Kolkata and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IEC University. His career includes key roles with Taj, Oberoi, Radisson, Sarovar and Accor.
Ravvinder Bhola- Appointed as General Manager – Information Technology

Ravvinder brings more than two decades of experience in hospitality technology and has worked with Starwood, Taj and Marriott in India and international markets. His background includes IT operations, system deployments and digital transformation. He has experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management and compliance.
