Manas Lal appointed as Hotel Manager at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island

APPOINTMENT

Manas Lal has been appointed as the Hotel Manager at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island.

His new role follows his position as Director of Operations, where he handled responsibilities related to service standards and operational functions.

In this role, Lal will oversee the strategic direction of the resort, including service delivery, team development and the property’s positioning for leisure and business travellers in Ras Al Khaimah. Following the completion of the recent renovation, he will also manage responsibilities connected to the updated spaces and facilities.

Lal has been associated with Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island for four years. His experience spans hospitality brands in the UAE and India, covering hotel operations, quality-related tasks and revenue responsibilities.

Manas has consistently gone beyond the expected, combining sharp commercial acumen with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. His leadership comes at a pivotal moment for Ras Al Khaimah and for our resort and I am confident he will help unlock a new chapter of growth and innovation as we showcase our enhanced, post-renovation offerings on Al Marjan Island.
