Shibani Malhotra appointed as General Manager at ICONIQA – Mumbai International Airport

ICONIQA Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Shibani Malhotra as the General Manager of its flagship property, ICONIQA – Mumbai International Airport.

The appointment marks a significant step in the brand’s expansion as it strengthens its leadership team at one of its most distinctive properties.

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Malhotra brings strong commercial acumen and operational expertise to her new role. Her professional journey includes a notable tenure with Marriott, where she developed a reputation for driving performance and delivering high-impact guest experiences.

In her current position, Malhotra will oversee the operations of the 291-key ICONIQA Mumbai, which features four bars, two restaurants, five flexible event venues, and The Bombay Swim Club, promoted as the city’s first rooftop day club. The property is positioned as a flagship for the brand’s experiential hospitality approach, combining immersive design, intuitive technology, and emotionally-driven guest engagement.
