APPOINTMENT
Courtney Hatfield has been appointed as the new General Manager of the newly renovated Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa.
A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience, she will lead all aspects of the resort’s operations, from guest services and financial performance to team development and owner relations. Her role will also involve maintaining brand standards and strengthening overall profitability through an engaged leadership approach.
Hatfield most recently served as Complex Hotel Manager for Embassy Suites by Hilton International Drive Convention Center and DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area. Her experience also includes leadership positions at Hilton West Palm Beach, where she contributed to the hotel’s pre-opening and supported its recovery and growth during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her appointment comes as the resort nears completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation project. The exterior has been redesigned with a refreshed palette and upgraded fixtures to enhance the guest experience.
