Grand Hyatt Mumbai has announced the promotion of Anirban Sarkar to the role of Food and Beverages Manager.

Anirban joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai in August 2024, bringing with him expertise in operations and elevating guest experiences.
With this promotion, Anirban will lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage strategy, overseeing all restaurants, bars, banqueting operations, guest experience initiatives, and team development programs.
His focus will include elevating culinary presentation standards, strengthening quality controls, enhancing colleague capabilities, and driving innovative dining experiences. He will also work closely with the culinary and operations leadership to ensure seamless alignment between all departments.
