APPOINTMENT

Vail Resorts, Inc. has announced the appointment of Celeste Burgoyne as Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer.
In her new role, she will oversee the company’s marketing function, lead the end-to-end guest journey and digital experience, and take direct responsibility for the majority of the organisation’s revenue streams.
Burgoyne joins Vail Resorts with nearly two decades of experience at lululemon, where she currently serves as President of the Americas and Global Guest Innovation. In this position, she manages all channel and customer-facing aspects of the company’s North American business, including e-commerce, CRM, marketing, retail operations, and real estate. She is responsible for more than $7.5 billion in revenue and also leads guest experience innovation globally, having recently launched lululemon’s membership program.

Since joining lululemon in 2006 as the first General Manager of the U.S. business, Burgoyne has played a significant role in scaling the company from fewer than 10 stores to a global footprint of more than 750 locations and over $10 billion in revenue. Before lululemon, she spent 10 years at Abercrombie & Fitch during a period of strong expansion for the brand.

In her upcoming role at Vail Resorts, Burgoyne will focus on strengthening the company’s commercial strategy, enhancing guest engagement, and driving revenue performance across key business areas. She will continue to be based in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she currently resides with her family.
