APPOINTMENT
Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has announced the appointment of Subhadeep Saha as the new Front Office Manager.
With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Subhadeep brings extensive expertise in front office operations, guest engagement, and loyalty program management.
Subhadeep began his career with Hilton Bangalore in 2013 and has since contributed across properties in Bangalore, Goa, and Trivandrum.
Over the years, he has been a part of several pre-opening and task force assignments. Most recently, at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road, he led initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and elevate overall service standards.
