Mariki Sayles Appointed as New F&B Director at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar

APPOINTMENT

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Mariki Sayles as the new Director of Food & Beverage. 

Mariki brings over a decade of international experience spanning India, USA and other countries.

She has also been recognised with several industry accolades, including Mixologist of the Year by The Times of India and served as a judge at ProWine Mumbai 2024.

Mariki has spearheaded beverage operations for Bastian Hospitality’s renowned venues across India, and contributed to the beverage program at New York’s Michelin-starred Le Bernardin.

In her new position at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, she will lead the comprehensive Food & Beverage operations across the hotel’s dining establishments, banquet facilities, and lounges.

Commenting on her new role, Mariki Sayles, said,  “JW Marriott is synonymous with international standards of excellence, and I am thrilled to contribute to this legacy at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.
