Alkhamar Abdukunju Appointed as New F&B Director at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty

Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has announced the re-appointment of Alkhamar Abdukunju as Director of Food & Beverage.

Alkhamar holds over 8 years of extensive experience, having been associated with Hyatt. He brings expertise in creativity and an understanding of guest-centric hospitality.

Excited for his new role, Alkhamar said, “It honestly feels like coming home. This place and its people have played a huge role in shaping who I am today, both personally and professionally.”

Throughout his Hyatt journey, he has played a key role in the opening of two properties: Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty and Hyatt Regency Trivandrum.

With his appointment, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty plans to elevate its culinary landscape by enhancing guest experiences, and strengthening its position as a luxury hospitality destination.
