APPOINTMENT
The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami has announced the appointment of Rosa Tamajón as Hotel Manager.
Rosa holds more than three decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including having worked two decades with The Ritz-Carlton brand.
A key part of The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne team for over 20 years, Rosa shaped the guest experience and team culture. Her tenure with the property began in 2004 as Executive Steward, before she transitioned into leadership roles within the Food & Beverage division, including Director of Pool & Beach Operations and Director of Banquets.
She served as Director of Food & Beverage for nearly eleven years, overseeing multiple restaurants while fostering guest loyalty and driving strong business performance.
In 2021, the seasoned hospitality leader was promoted to Director of Operations, where she guided all hotel departments with her strategic leadership and operational expertise.
She has contributed to the successful openings of several marquee Ritz-Carlton over the course of her career, including New Orleans, Dorado Beach, Dove Mountain, Aruba, and Portland.
She also lent her leadership expertise to the EDITION brand with opening roles in both Barcelona and Miami Beach.
