The Residency Towers Coimbatore has announced the appointment of Chef Vinod Kumar as the new Executive Chef.

Chef Vinod Kumar holds over two decades of experience in the culinary sector. He brings a unique approach and global perspective to the hotel’s culinary offerings.
Chef Vinod specializes in European, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. His expertise in international cuisines, regional cuisines, and contemporary dining trends, makes him a valuable addition to the hotel’s leadership team.

Commenting on the appointment, Amarnath S, General Manager, The Residency Towers Coimbatore, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Chef Kumar to The Residency Towers Coimbatore. His extensive experience, passion for culinary excellence, and commitment to innovation make him the perfect fit for our team. In his new role, Chef Vinod Kumar will oversee all culinary operations, including all operations of the hotel’s signature restaurants – Chin Chin and Afghan Grill. He would be in charge of creating new culinary offers and improving personalized in-room dining. He aims to improve the gastronomy standards of the property by focusing on sustainability, local ingredients, and elevated guest experiences.
