APPOINTMENT
Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur has announced the appointment of John Oh as Executive Chef.

In his new role, John will be overseeing the hotel’s food and beverage program along with its banqueting and events division.
Chef John brings more than 20 years of experience across Korea, the United States, and Vietnam. He has played a pivotal role in shaping culinary operations from the scratch, having served as a pre-opening chef for three luxury hotels, including Four Seasons Hotel Seoul.
Most recently, he held the role of Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Nam Hai, where he launched signature menus across all outlets and introduced wellness-focused dining in partnership with the Spa team.
At Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Chef John is expected to bring renewed focus to fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients and techniques.
