APPOINTMENT
Stonebridge has announced the appointment of Kevin Dingle as the new Chief Development Officer.
Kevin brings over 20 years of extensive experience in hotel real estate industry to his new role. He will be overseeing the company’s development team and strategy to expand its portfolio across different locations.
Before joining Stonebridge, Kevin was appointed as Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Aimbridge. His professional portfolio also includes co-founding Compass Lodging Advisors, a firm specializing in hotel acquisitions and asset management.
Priorly, he has also worked at Crow Holdings where he was Vice President of Acquisitions.
The appointment is part of Stonebridge’s strategy to enhance its development capabilities and expand its market presence. Kevin’s experience in navigating various market cycles is expected to contribute to the brand’s strategic initiatives.
Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
