Air Canada Expands Landline Service to Kingston, Enhancing Connectivity to Toronto Hub
Air Canada has announced the expansion of its Landline motorcoach service to include Kingston Norman Rogers Airport, offering travellers in Eastern Ontario direct ground connections to Toronto Pearson International Airport. The service begins on September 23, 2025, and will operate two daily round-trip.
In partnership with The Landline Company, the service aims to improve regional access to Air Canada’s global network. Travellers departing from Kingston will be able to check in as usual, receive boarding passes for all flight segments, and have their baggage tagged through to their final destination.
“Bringing Landline to Kingston enhances accessibility to our Toronto hub and onward global network,” said Ranbir Singh, Director, Regional Airlines and Markets at Air Canada.
“This collaboration simplifies regional travel while offering the same booking, baggage, and loyalty benefits as a traditional flight connection.”

Nick Johnson, Vice President, Commercial at Landline, added, “This expansion allows travellers to book seamless journeys from Kingston to hundreds of Air Canada destinations, including key Canadian cities.”
Craig Desjardins of the City of Kingston noted the service supports tourism, workforce mobility, and economic development by improving regional connectivity.

Air Canada has been operating Landline services since May 2024, with routes already connecting Toronto Pearson to Hamilton and Waterloo. The Kingston route adds to this network, providing non-stop motorcoach connections to Toronto Pearson with premium onboard amenities.
