APPOINTMENT
The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas has announced the appointment of Yogesh Arya as Director of Finance.
Yogesh Arya brings over 13 years of experience in financial management across well-known hospitality brands including Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, and RDH Hotels.
Arya previously served as Assistant Director of Finance at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, where he was responsible for overseeing financial operations and supporting the property’s financial strategy. In addition to this role, he has worked in cluster and multi-property finance positions with Marriott and IHG, contributing to system alignment, budgeting efficiency, performance monitoring, and operational coordination across units.
In his new role at The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas, Arya will lead financial planning, compliance, budgeting, and reporting functions. He will also work closely with the leadership team to strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and support long-term strategic goals in line with Marriott International’s financial frameworks.
He describes his approach to leadership as transparent and supportive, emphasizing clarity and adaptability. He aims to create a work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
