Wynn Al Marjan Island Reveals First Two Restaurant Concepts
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an integrated resort under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with a projected cost of $5.1 billion. The resort has announced the first two of its planned 22 restaurants and lounges. Scheduled to open in Spring 2027, it will feature a French-American steakhouse led by renowned chef Alain Ducasse, as well as a second location of Delilah, the popular supper club concept from Wynn Las Vegas.

Each restaurant will be designed by Wynn Design and Development, led by President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.
“Every element of Wynn Al Marjan Island has been conceptualized by Wynn Design & Development to surprise guests and surpass their expectations, to create a singular resort they’ve simply never experienced before,” Lenahan said.
“That extends, of course, to the restaurant spaces we are designing for the chefs who are joining us. Whether it’s the ultimate in opulence or refinement, or perhaps imbued with a splash of whimsy, our desire is to entertain the guest’s eye with unique, unforgettable details while they’re savoring an unforgettable meal.”
The Alain Ducasse steakhouse will occupy two floors and cover approximately 1,820 square meters. The design offers a contemporary atmosphere that complements Ducasse’s blend of French techniques with classic steakhouse dishes. The menu will include starters such as Duck Foie Gras Brioche and Cheese Soufflé, along with a “Beef Club” section featuring various cuts of steak, each paired with appropriate sauces and sides. Many dishes, including steaks and desserts like Baked Alaska, will be prepared tableside.
“I’m very proud and honored to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is for sure one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region,” Ducasse said.
“The culinary experience we’ll create will radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by boldly reinterpreting the American classics with a contemporary French flair.”
Delilah, located on the resort’s first floor and covering approximately 2,060 square meters, will bring a supper club atmosphere inspired by venues from the 1950s in New York, Paris, and Beirut. Guests will be able to enjoy cocktails by a fireplace, intimate dinners, or larger group gatherings, accompanied by nightly live music and performances. The menu will feature signature dishes, such as Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, from the Las Vegas original, along with new dishes that highlight regional ingredients.
Delilah’s introduction to the Middle East is part of Wynn Resorts’ ongoing collaboration with The h.wood Group.
“Wynn has been an invaluable partner to The h.wood Group, and we’re thrilled to introduce Delilah to the Middle East for the very first time,” said Brian Toll and John Terzian, Co-Founders of The h.wood Group.
“Delilah is a truly special concept that offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience and an unmatched standard of luxury dining—one we are confident Wynn will help us bring to life once again as it expands to Al Marjan Island.”
Both restaurants will open with Wynn Al Marjan Island in Spring 2027.
