VistaJet Introduces In-Flight Sleep Program for Long-Haul Travellers
VistaJet has introduced an in-flight sleep program designed specifically for private aviation, developed in collaboration with longevity specialist Dr. Peter Attia. The program aims to support better rest and recovery for passengers during long-haul flights.
The initiative follows growing demand for extended travel, with over half of VistaJet’s flights crossing multiple time zones and many operating overnight. Research indicates that quality sleep plays an essential role in performance, with a significant number of global executives expressing dissatisfaction with their sleep duration and quality.
Developed with scientific principles of recovery and circadian alignment, the program offers tailored rest experiences—from short naps to extended sleep cycles. VistaJet’s trained cabin crew and nutritionists oversee every phase of the journey, including pre-sleep preparation, in-flight rest, and post-sleep recovery. Cabin settings, such as temperature, lighting, and sound, are customized to support melatonin production and promote uninterrupted rest.

The program is currently available on VistaJet’s Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft, which features permanent bed setups, quiet cabin conditions, and the Soleil lighting system designed to synchronize circadian rhythms and reduce jet lag.
The initiative aligns with the growing global interest in sleep-focused travel, as more travelers seek experiences that promote rest and well-being.
