APPOINTMENT
Udaipur Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Dhiraj Kumar as the new Director of Food & Beverage.

Dhiraj brings over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in pre-opening projects, food & beverage operations, revenue generation, executing large scale events across banqueting spaces, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.
He has held key leadership roles across renowned hospitality brands including Fairmont Udaipur Palace, IHG Hotels Jaipur, The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, Raffles Udaipur, JW Marriott Chandigarh, Fairmont Jaipur, Park Hyatt Resort & Spa Goa, and Taj Exotica Goa.
In his new role, Dhiraj will oversee the food & beverage operations at the hotel. He will oversee all culinary functions, restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations, focusing on maximizing profitability, maintaining high-quality standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
