Brookefield Welcomes U by Z Hotels Expansion

U by Z Hotel has opened its doors in Brookefield, Bangalore, marking another step in its expansion across India. This is the brand’s fourth property in Bangalore and its sixth hotel in the country, adding to its existing presence in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and other parts of the city.

The new property is positioned to serve business travellers and professionals working in and around Brookefield, a well-established IT and corporate hub. With its location close to major offices and tech parks, the hotel aims to offer a practical stay option for those looking to reduce commute time within the area.

The hotel features 74 rooms designed with functionality and comfort in mind, catering to both short and extended stays. Interiors follow a contemporary approach while keeping the layout straightforward for ease of use.

A 70-seater multi-cuisine restaurant is also part of the property, offering dining options for guests and space for business meetings or small group gatherings.

Speaking on the launch, Avnish Kumar, AVP (Operations), said the Brookefield property reflects the company’s approach to growing its presence while maintaining operational consistency. He noted that managing a hotel in a high-demand business district requires a structured approach to service and team training, especially to meet the expectations of corporate guests.

Aijaz Ahmad, Senior Director (Sales), added that the new opening supports the brand’s ongoing expansion across key cities in India. He highlighted that the company is focused on providing reliable, efficient hospitality as it continues to expand into new markets.

With this addition, U by Z Hotels strengthens its network in Bangalore and continues its expansion across major business centres in the country.
