Hyderabad Marriott Cluster Appoints Sudip Vats as Multi-Property Director of Services

Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad have appointed Sudip Vats as Multi-Property Director of Services.

Based in Hyderabad, Sudip will oversee service operations across both properties, focusing on operational alignment, service delivery, and guest experience consistency.

In his new role, Sudip will manage guest services, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to brand standards across the two hotels. The position also involves improving operational efficiency and aligning service practices across departments.

Sudip Vats brings over two decades of experience in hospitality, with exposure to hotel operations and service leadership across multiple international markets.

Sudip is associated with Marriott International and has previously served as Executive Housekeeper at The Westin Gurgaon. He has also worked with Hilton in Goa and with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in roles including Housekeeping Manager.

Sudip’s international experience includes a tenure at Conrad Dubai, where he worked in a departmental leadership role. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Marriott and Hyatt across the Middle East.

Sudip Vats holds a degree in international hospitality management from Queen Margaret University.

The appointment reflects the company’s focus on strengthening multi-property operations and maintaining service consistency in key business markets.
