APPOINTMENT
U.S. Travel Association has appointed Ntina K. Cooper as Senior Vice President of Operations.

In her new role at U.S. Travel Association, Cooper will join the organisation’s leadership team and oversee key functions including finance, human resources, information technology, and legal, with a focus on aligning these areas to support long-term organisational growth.
Cooper brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, and enterprise transformation. She most recently served as Executive Assistant Commissioner for Enterprise Services at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where she led a nationwide team of over 4,000 employees, managing services across procurement, human capital, information technology, and facilities.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles within Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where she contributed to large-scale operational and organisational initiatives.
Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan and a master’s degree from DePaul University.
