The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas Appoints Andleeb Jahangir as Front Office Manager

The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas has appointed Andleeb Jahangir as Front Office Manager.

Andleeb brings over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background in front office operations, reservations, and guest services. She has worked with hospitality brands including Marriott International, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt, Accor, and Radisson Hotel Group.

In her new role, she will oversee front office operations, including guest services, team management, and day-to-day operational processes. Her responsibilities will also include supporting service delivery standards and operational efficiency across the department.

During her career, Andleeb has also been recognized with industry accolades, such as Manager of the Year and the Pride at the Oberoi awards. She has also been involved in setting up the reservations team at Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai, contributing to operational processes and team development.

Her experience includes managing guest engagement, reservations systems, and front office functions, with a focus on maintaining service consistency and supporting team performance.
