The Westin Pune Koregaon Park Promotes Ganapathy Bopana to Director of Rooms

The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has promoted Ganapathy Bopana to the role of Director of Rooms.

Ganapathy brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.

He joined the hotel in 2022 as Front Office Manager and was subsequently promoted to Room Division Manager. During his tenure, he has been involved in managing service operations and supporting guest experience initiatives.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, Ganapathy is part of the hotel’s Executive Committee in his current role. His responsibilities include overseeing operational processes within the Rooms Division and supporting brand standards and audit requirements.

Ganapathy holds expertise in team management, operational planning, and training within the rooms division. His approach focuses on team engagement, process consistency, and maintaining service delivery standards.
