Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur has promoted Shubham Mathur to Associate Director of Sales, recognising his contribution to the hotel’s commercial performance and growth.

Shubham has been associated with the hotel’s sales function, where he has focused on client engagement, business development, and strengthening performance across key segments. His role has included identifying new opportunities and supporting revenue generation through a structured sales approach.

In addition to his core responsibilities, he has also overseen the Sales & Marketing function at the property, working on integrated campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to support the hotel’s market presence.

In his new role, Shubham will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, partnership development, and market expansion. He will continue to work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall brand and business objectives.
