Rosewood Phnom Penh Appoints Andrew Moore as Managing Director

Rosewood Phnom Penh has appointed Andrew Moore as Managing Director, effective June 25, 2026. He joins the property at a significant time as it continues to strengthen its position in the luxury hospitality segment in Cambodia’s capital.

Moore brings over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong background in hotel openings, commercial strategy, and operations. His career includes nearly ten years in commercial leadership, where he oversaw revenue strategy, sales and marketing, and business development across luxury properties in Europe and Asia.

Most recently, he led the pre-opening and launch of Waldorf Astoria Osaka, managing one of Japan’s key luxury hotel openings and contributing to the property’s positioning through curated guest experiences and brand collaborations.

Prior to this, Moore served as General Manager at Conrad Dublin, where he was recognised as Hilton’s General Manager of the Year in 2023. His earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Conrad Seoul, Hilton Beijing, and Hilton Belfast, where he developed expertise across operations, commercial performance, and team leadership.

In his new role, Moore will oversee all aspects of operations at Rosewood Phnom Penh, with a focus on guest experience, team development, and operational consistency. He will also work towards strengthening the property’s positioning within the regional luxury hospitality landscape.
