APPOINTMENT
The Leela Mumbai Hotel has announced the appointment of Ridhima Barha as its new Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) – Rooms.
Ridhima brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise across rooms and front office operations, team leadership, and service excellence. She is known for her people-centric leadership style, and has contributed to enhancing guest satisfaction, business acumen and operations across leading hotels.
Prior to joining The Leela Mumbai, Ridhima was associated with Marriott International, where she most recently served as Room Division Manager.
Ridhima has also has held key positions with renowned hospitality brands including Marriott International Hotels, The Leela Mumbai, Trident Hotels and Shangri-la Hotels, and Lohono Stays (by Isprava).
