APPOINTMENT
The Imperia by Dhaba USA, has announced the appointment of Chef Vikas Deep Rathour as its new Executive Chef.

Chef Vikas Rathour brings 26 years of culinary experience, having extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, fine dining, culinary operations, kitchen leadership, and menu innovation.
Chef Rathour began his culinary journey working with renowned hotels in New Delhi, including The Lalit Hotel, Radisson Hotel, The Claridges, and Crowne Plaza. He has also worked with several American-based restaurants, focusing on promoting authentic Indian cuisine to American diners.
Before joining The Imperia by Dhaba, Chef Rathour served as Executive Chef at The Yellow Chilli in Johns Creek, Georgia, where he led the kitchen team. Earlier in his career in the United States, he worked as Culinary Manager at Mehfil Restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina, where he played a key role in menu development, team training, and kitchen management.
In his new role at The Imperia by Dhaba, Chef Rathour will oversee all culinary operations, lead and mentor the kitchen team, and curate innovative menus promoting Indian cuisines.
Speaking about his appointment, Chef Rathour said, “I am honored to join The Imperia by Dhaba. During my seven years working in the United States, I have focused on promoting authentic Indian cuisine in a healthy and approachable way while creating dishes that American community enjoy. I look forward to bringing my experience and passion to further elevate thedining experience here.”
