Planet Hollywood Thane City has announced the promotion of Arun Prakash to the role of Director of Operations, marking a significant milestone in his tenure with the company.
Arun began his association with Planet Hollywood Thane as an Executive Housekeeper and progressed in ranks, last being appointed as Rooms Division Manager. Arun brings extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, people leadership, and delivering elevated guest experiences.
During his tenure at Planet Hollywood, Arun has played a key role in strengthening operational efficiencies, enhancing guest satisfaction standards, and mentoring high-performing teams across several departments.
In his new role as Director of Operations, Arun will oversee all operational departments with a focus on driving service excellence, operational innovation, team development and overall performance growth at the property.
