Dhiraj Vaghela Appointed as Human Resources Manager at Temple Tree Hotel Shirdi, a Member of Radisson Individuals

Temple Tree Hotel Shirdi a member of Radisson Individuals has appointed Dhiraj Vaghela as Human Resources Manager, where he will oversee the property’s people function and HR operations.

 In his new position, Dhiraj Vaghela will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and employee development initiatives, aligning HR practices with operational needs to support service standards across departments.

He will also focus on strengthening internal HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations, and improving employee engagement across the organisation.

Dhiraj Vaghela brings progressive experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, with exposure to multiple operational environments. Prior to this appointment, he served as People and Culture Manager with Radisson Hotel Group. 

Earlier in his career, he worked as Assistant Human Resources Manager in Gujarat, where he managed recruitment planning, compensation and benefits, workforce scheduling, and employee relations. He has also been associated with Ramee Group of Hotels Resorts and Apartments, where he was involved in hiring strategies, retention programs, and HR operations, including adherence to health and safety standards.

At the property, he is expected to prioritise employee engagement and workforce development by implementing structured programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and supporting team performance.
