APPOINTMENT
Shri Raj Goswami has been appointed as the Director of Food & Beverage for Penthouse Mumbai at The St. Regis Mumbai.

In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage direction for Penthouse Mumbai, with a focus on culinary operations and guest experience.
Goswami brings over 12 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with exposure to international and domestic hotel brands. Prior to this appointment, he served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, where he managed signature dining outlets and large-scale banqueting operations. He has also held leadership responsibilities involving restaurants, bars, and banquets.

His international experience includes roles with Four Seasons Hotels in the Maldives and Bahrain, where he was involved in managing fine dining concepts, bar operations, and multicultural teams. Earlier in his career, he worked with The Oberoi Hotels in Agra, contributing to service operations in a luxury hospitality environment.

Commenting on his appointment, Shri Raj Goswami said, ” The St. Regis Mumbai has always set the benchmark for luxury dining in the city. In his new role, he will lead the Food & Beverage strategy for Penthouse Mumbai at The St. Regis Mumbai.
