Novotel Pune Strengthens Leadership with Two Key Appointments

Novotel Pune Nagar Road has appointed Riddhi Dhotre as Housekeeping Manager and Neha Pant as Learning & Development Manager, strengthening two functions that support guest experience and employee development.

Riddhi Dhotre- Housekeeping Manager

Riddhi Dhotre joins as Housekeeping Manager with over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has previously worked with Ibis Pune, Novotel Pune, Marriott Jaipur, Conrad Pune, and JW Marriott Pune. Her experience spans housekeeping operations, quality assurance, team management, guest relations, and inventory control. In her new role, she will oversee housekeeping operations and support service standards at the hotel.

Neha Pant- Learning & Development Manager

Neha Pant has been appointed as Learning & Development Manager, bringing over fifteen years of experience across hospitality and education. She has worked with Accor, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), and IIHM Pune, where she handled training programs, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. Her role at Novotel Pune will focus on learning and development strategies, employee training, and organisational capability building.
