Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center Elevates Raees Mulla as Front Office Manager

Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has elevated Raees Mulla to the position of Front Office Manager.

Raees has been associated with the hotel for over four years and most recently served as Assistant Front Office Manager. In his new role, he will oversee front office operations, including guest services, arrivals and departures, VIP movements, service recovery, operational controls, and team development.
He brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, with expertise in front office operations, guest experience, and team leadership. Since joining the hotel in 2021 as Front Desk Manager, he has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, contributing to operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team development across front office functions.
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, Raees was associated with JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu and Trident Nariman Point, where he gained experience in reservations, front office operations, and guest services.
Raees holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Kohinoor College, Mumbai, and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from BHMS, Switzerland. He has also completed Marriott’s Development Academy programme and holds a Departmental Trainer certification from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
Commenting on his elevation, Raees Mulla said, “Four years at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield have taught me more than I could have anticipated.
