The Boomerung Complex, Noida by Jaypee Hotels Appoints Chef Harsha Pal Singh as Executive Chef

The Boomerung Complex, Noida, managed by Jaypee Hotels, has appointed Chef Harsha Pal Singh as Executive Chef.

Chef Singh brings over 22 years of culinary experience across India and the Middle East. In his new role, he will oversee kitchen operations, menu development, banquet services, and culinary team management, with a focus on maintaining quality standards and enhancing guest experience.

Prior to joining Jaypee Hotels, he served as Executive Chef at Barracuda Beach Resort, UAE, where he managed multiple dining outlets, banquet operations, and in-room dining, while leading a team of chefs. He was involved in introducing new menu offerings and strengthening operational processes.

His previous experience includes roles at The Juffair Grand and Elite Crystal Hotel, Bahrain, where he oversaw multiple cuisine concepts, and Best Western Plus The Olive Hotel, Bahrain, where he contributed to restaurant and banquet operations.

Earlier in his career, he was associated with Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla, Radisson Noida Sector 18, and Park Plaza Noida, gaining experience in hotel and restaurant operations. During his tenure at Radisson, he was involved in a Punjabi food festival in collaboration with Chef Jiggs Kalra.

Chef Singh has also worked alongside chefs such as Ranveer Brar and Kunal Kapur, contributing to his exposure to diverse culinary styles and techniques.

In his current role, he will focus on culinary operations, team development, and delivering consistent dining experiences across the property.
