Sayaji Hotel Raipur Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Appointments

Sayaji Hotel Raipur has announced a series of strategic leadership appointments, reinforcing its operational framework and commitment to delivering enhanced guest experiences.

Mayank Mandela- Appointed as Director of Operations

Mayank Mandela has been appointed as Director of Operations, effective 1st April 2026. With nearly two decades of experience, Mayank brings extensive operational expertise, having worked with leading brands such as Radisson Blu Plaza, The Grand New Delhi, Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place, Crowne Plaza and The Lalit Group.

Prior to this, Mayank served as Director of Operations at Effotel by Sayaji Indore. In his new role, he will oversee overall hotel operations, focusing on driving efficiency, service excellence and strategic growth.

Rohit Kumar- Appointed as Associate Director of Food & Beverage

Rohit Kumar has been appointed as Associate Director of Food & Beverage, effective 6th April 2026.

With over 13 years of experience and a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Meerut, he was previously associated with Courtyard by Marriott Raipur as Food & Beverage Manager.

In his new role, Rohit will lead the F&B division, focusing on elevating culinary experiences and service standards.

Mudassir Nazer- Appointed as Front Office Manager

The hotel has also appointed Mudassir Nazer as Front Office Manager, effective 1st April 2026. With over 12 years of experience, Mudassir has worked with Lemon Tree Hotels across Aurangabad and Pune, and previously served as Assistant Front Office Manager at Sayaji Pune.

In his new role, Mudassir will be responsible for enhancing guest engagement and ensuring seamless front office operations.

Abhishek Srivastava- Appointed as Revenue Manager

Abhishek Srivastava has been appointed as Revenue Manager, effective 1st March 2026. With over 15 years of experience, he has been associated with brands such as Holiday Inn, Radisson Blu and The Dukes Retreat. He most recently served as Assistant Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn Amritsar.

In his role, Abhishek will focus on driving revenue strategies, optimising pricing and maximising profitability.

These appointments mark a significant step in strengthening the leadership team at Sayaji Hotel Raipur, aligning with the hotel’s vision of operational excellence and sustained growth.
