Sabre Expands SabreMosaic with Access to 100,000 Domestic Hotels in China
Sabre Corporation has announced a new agreement with Shanghai Fuxun Information Technology Co., Ltd. that will expand its lodging content in China. Through the partnership, more than 100,000 domestic hotels across China will be added to the SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace, increasing access to locally sourced accommodation options for travel sellers worldwide.
The newly added content includes more than 70 domestic Chinese hotel chains, the China-based operations of international hotel brands, and a wide range of independent hotels. Many of these properties have traditionally been difficult for international travel agencies to access through global distribution channels, despite strong demand from travellers.

John Chen, Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Fuxun Travel, said the partnership supports Fuxun’s objective of connecting Chinese hotels with international travellers. He noted that integration with SabreMosaic enables Fuxun’s properties to reach global travel buyers, including corporate travel managers, overseas tour operators, and international agencies, while complementing Fuxun’s domestic distribution network.
For Sabre-connected travel sellers, the Fuxun integration provides access to a broad selection of domestic Chinese lodging options, including independent hotels and local chains. The content features more than 70 domestic hotel brands, competitive discounts typically ranging from 15% to 25%, frequent inclusion of breakfast, and additional prepaid rate options to support booking flexibility and traveller choice.

Deepshikha Sehgal, Head of Lodging, Ground & Sea, APAC at Sabre, said the agreement addresses growing agency demand for improved access to domestic accommodation content in China. She added that the partnership also supports Chinese hoteliers in gaining greater visibility and booking opportunities in international markets, while enabling travel sellers to manage end-to-end trip bookings on a single platform.
The expanded hotel inventory will be available through the SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace, which aggregates lodging, airline, car, and rail content into one platform. Within lodging, SabreMosaic connects agencies to Sabre content and third-party aggregator offerings, including Booking.com, Bedsonline, Nuitee, and TOTV. The addition of Fuxun as an aggregator further broadens the range of domestic Chinese lodging options available to travel sellers.
By integrating this content into SabreMosaic, agencies can shop, book, and service domestic Chinese hotel inventory alongside other travel components, supported by cloud-based, AI-enabled retailing tools that align traveller needs with relevant content.
The addition of domestic Chinese lodging inventory is expected to support Sabre’s growth in the Asia-Pacific region and help travel agencies offer a wider range of accommodation choices for travellers visiting China.
